Customer relations lines that only open for a few hours a day. Email addresses that tell you to go off and fill in forms after their website telling you to email them. Filthy and cramped planes. The list goes on. As well the rants. Here’s my complaint email that I sent to them.
On Saturday June 2nd, the flight from Copenhagen to Dublin with SAS
did not have my luggage. I informed Sky Handling Partner when I
arrived and filled in a lost luggage form. The number for this is DUBSK13073On Sunday I rang for an update and was told it as on the way to Cork
where I live and it would be delivered to my house. I rang for another
update on Sunday evening and was told it was in Cork waiting to be
delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they would not provide
one.On Monday I was told they did not know where the bag was but were
“sure” it was in Cork Airport. Sky Handling Partner refused to let me
talk to a supervisor about this. I went to the airport and had the
staff there search for the bag and it had not arrived. Only after an
Aer Lingus staff member helping me did I discover that Sky Handling
Partner had shipped the bag to Birmingham and it was not in Cork,
despite being told it was there.Later, again on the phone to Sky Handling Partners they told me they
were not “sure” where my bag was as it was now “not” in Birmingham.
They advised me to try Cork Airport.Eventually on Monday evening the Aer Lingus staff member phoned me to
say they had found the bag after it came in on a BMI flight from
Birmingham. The Sky Handling Partner staff member was not working that
day. It was too late at tha stage to make a return trip to the
Airport, so on day 4 of this saga, I eventually got my bag.I am quite unhappy with the incompetent, arrogant and deceitful
service from Sky Handling Partners who SAS use to handle baggage in
Dublin.I want to be compensated for 4 days without my luggage and further
compensated for the treatment I got. I want assurances it will not
happen again and I think I am entitled to a written report on what
exactly happened between Saturday and Monday evening for this farce to
occur.
This part could be utilised for showing ads and other stuff
