SAS Update (or rather lack of one)

SAS makes a small note that it can be up to 21 days before they get back to your issue that you logged with them. Porbably by then they hope you’ve given up. For someone waiting a few days for their lost luggage, that is beyond a joke. Their customer support line is only open a few hours a day and the number isn’t easy to find on the website. I can’t find it at all apart from a fax number. So for those that need to contact SAS Customer Support, the number is +44 (0) 208 990 7060. Calls are only answered from 9am-10am 12pm-2pm 4pm-5.30pm. I’m going to make a specific post for that number too so other people can find it. Another update to follow.
